Workshops & Events Policies

At Candle Cafe Studio, we take pride in creating unforgettable experiences through our workshops and events. To ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable session, please review our policies below before booking.



1. Booking & Payment
• Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required to secure your reservation.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if rescheduling is approved.



2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled event to be eligible for a one-time reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
• Studio Cancellations: In the rare case that Candle Cafe Studio must cancel or reschedule, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer credit to a future date.



3. Minimum Guest Requirements
• Private and group workshops require a minimum number of guests (varies per event). If minimum attendance is not met, we may reschedule or adjust the event format.



4. Arrival & Participation
• Please arrive on time to fully enjoy the experience. Late arrivals may miss portions of the workshop.
• For safety reasons, participation may not be permitted if guests arrive more than 15 minutes late.



5. Children & Families
• Children’s workshops (including homeschool sessions) are designed for ages 6 and up unless otherwise noted.
• A parent or guardian must accompany minors.



6. Materials & Safety
• All materials are included in the workshop price unless otherwise stated.
• Guests must follow safety instructions provided during the session. Candle Cafe Studio is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of materials.



7. Custom & Private Events
• Custom packages (e.g., bridal showers, corporate events, wellness retreats) may have additional terms depending on location, guest count, and customization requests.
• Final headcount and details must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event.



8. Refund Policy
• All workshop and event sales are final. Refunds are not available unless Candle Cafe Studio cancels the event.
