• No Cancellations/Returns: We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

• Shipping: We currently ship within the U.S. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on carriers.
• Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at candlecafestudio@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll happily replace it at no cost.
