Workshops & Events
1. Ticket Policy & Attendance
• All workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No make-ups, credits, or refunds are provided for missed workshops, late arrivals, or no-shows.
• Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at purchase.

2. Arrival & Check-In
• All participants must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
• Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the workshop has begun, for safety and experience flow.
• All guests must check in and sign a waiver/release form before participating.

3. Safety & Participation
• Workshops involve the use of heated wax, fragrance oils, essential oils, and tools.
• Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by Candle Cafe Studio staff.
• Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
• Candle Cafe Studio is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Guests are encouraged to review ingredients prior to participation.

4. Age Policy
• Workshops are open to all ages unless otherwise stated.
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must also sign the waiver on their behalf.
• Candle Cafe Studio reserves the right to deny participation if age or supervision requirements are not met.

5. Health & Allergies
• Guests are responsible for informing staff of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the workshop.
• Fragrance oils and essential oils are present; participation is voluntary and at the guest’s discretion.

6. Food & Beverages
• Select workshops may include light bites and/or refreshments.
• Candle Cafe Studio is not responsible for dietary restrictions or food allergies unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellations by Host
• In the rare event that Candle Cafe Studio must cancel or reschedule a workshop, guests will be offered:
• A rescheduled date, or
• A workshop credit for future use
• Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

8. Conduct & Experience
• Candle Cafe Studio reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
• This experience is designed to be intentional, respectful, and enjoyable for all guests.

9. Photography & Media
• By attending, guests grant Candle Cafe Studio permission to use photographs or video taken during the workshop for marketing and promotional purposes.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify staff upon arrival.

10. Liability Waiver
• Participation is at your own risk.
• Candle Cafe Studio, its owners, staff, partners, and venues are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during workshops.

11. Acceptance of Terms
• Purchase of a ticket and/or participation in a workshop constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
