Refund Policy:
Full Refunds: Guests who cancel their reservations at least 48 hours (2 days) before their scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund.Reschedule/Credit: Guests who need to cancel within 48 hours (2 days) of their booked class or do not make it on time will not receive a refund. Instead, they will be offered a one-time reschedule or a credit.Missed Reservations: If a guest fails to call or contact us for a missed reservation (no-call, no-show), that reservation is automatically forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.Credit Usage: A credit issued due to a cancellation or missed reservation must be used within 3 months of the original booking time.Rescheduling: Guests are allowed to reschedule their reservation only once. They must do so within 3 months of the original booking time.Class Punctuality:Arrival Time: We recommend that guests arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled booking to allow sufficient time for parking and getting settled.Latecomers: We cannot accept guests into the class who are more than 10 minutes late. This policy ensures that all participants receive the full candle-making experience.We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be accommodating within our policies. In accordance with safety protocols, we strongly recommend that participants be at least ten years of age. Parental or guardian consent is mandatory for individuals under the age of eighteen. To uphold safety standards, children below ten years old are not permitted in the workshop area.The experience includes all the necessary materials for the class, as well as a personalized candle for each participant to take home. During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to select your desired fragrance and vessel. Our experienced instructor will provide step-by-step guidance on how to create your candle. Please note that food is not allowed during the experience. However, you are welcome to bring beverages of your choice. Upon arrival, you will be asked to present proof of identification for check-in purposes.Classes typically range from forty-five minutes to an hour in duration. Once the class concludes, the candles require approximately forty-five minutes to set sufficiently for you to take them home. You may return after the forty-five-minute timeframe or at any time before the establishment's closing time that day. We also offer a grace period of up to thirty days for you to pick up your candles. Should you require more time, do not hesitate to return on a later date.
